bad customer service

i ordered stuff on the sixty60 app and i paid for it , i waited for over an hour i didn’t receive anything , i called the helpline , only to get through after 10mins they said it was delivered , i told them i didn’t receive anything, so the driver gave my stuff to some one else which i paid for , they told me they will investigate and call me back , the day went by no call or email, i waited so long i had to hire someone to go get me stuff , i wasted time, money on airtime and money , where is the customer service? where is the service delivery?

i am very disappointed in checkers no customer service at all , i want my refund and should claim for all my time and and money spent
