bad customer service

On the 13th of October 2019 in the morning I went to shoprite in vosloorus for the usual basic. When the cashier by the name of Ntabeseing was rude towards me and told me the till was closed while I left my son queing. I just left the line and she laughed at me telling me to come back and pay at her till which I did not do. I'm Soo disappointed by the service at shoprite as I thought people were unfair and were telling lies about shoprite especially the one in vosloorus Naledi mall. I think they need to train their staff for customer service
