Bad customer service

I would like to report bad customer service I received from checkers the Glen. I wanted to buy a box of bananas which has a price on it when I reach the till point was was charged a different price. When I ask why prices are different a was treated like a fool, I was asked that " can't you read that that price is for loose bananas not a box" but the price was on the box. A manager by the name of Webster Mauwane was called but did not help instead he just waisted my time by arguing with me. Checkers the Glen sucks in customer service .
