Bad customer service

Good day to whom this may concern.

On the 17 January I purchased a few items at checkers Cape Gate Brackenfell,Cape Town.

The ques were extremely long so I decided to pay at the kioks. Stood in the line a checkers employee stood infront of me left the que came back and asked if I am standing here I said yes she then pushed herself in between my trolley and said nothing not evens excuse me or not evens that she just went to go and fetch a bag really bad customer service. After she paid, another customer was blocking my trolley so pushed in between and pushed my trolley out the way and just walked very very rude. Please hence customer comes first before employees she couldve been more polite. I got to the till to pay for my items the cashier asked if I wanted a plastic bag I said yes she puts it down on the counter and expected me to pack my bag not just that she sat most of the time and wanted me to lift my items up so she can scan it how is that customer service for you, I do plead that managers should please give there employees better customer service as that was pathetic service. The cashier that assisted me name was Zusiphe. I do hope this does not happen in the near future.
