Bad Customer service

I had a bad experience at Horizon View Checkers, the lady by the name Neheng Motaung helped me register on Checkers savings card. After finishing purchasing I couldn't understand why we need the card to get the specials, and we had a disagreement about it. Instead of her teaching and explaining she was screaming at me and telling me how "Black people don't appreciate" those words really didn't sit well with me and I don't understand because she wasn't doing me a favor because she was doing her job. I left the counter but I could hear her on my way out as she was still talking about how I don't appreciate to her colleagues and everyone could hear her I had to turn back and told her that am the customer and she couldn't care less, a Supervisor came to apologize on her behalf but she wasn't taking it and even told me to report her she doesn't care. Am not a Checkers shopper but the experience I got from that lady was very rude and they way she polite about me going to report her told me something about Checkers and training their employees about customer service. I believe if she knew that her behavior would get her in trouble I don't think she would have reacted they she did and in front of her supervisor while apologizing for her.
