Bad Customer Service

What poor and disgusting service was received today at Checkers Hyper - Eastgate shopping centre. My mother drove all the way from Tembisa to Bedford after spending the whole night at church to come to surprise her only granddaughter with the Harley Ride - On that we saw on your flyer with offers offers dated Mon 25th July - Sunday 7th Aug meaning today was our last day to get the s****** for my 1-year-old. Upon arriving at checkers, while walking to in we saw the exact pink s****** we were looking to buy at the tills left by what id like to believe a potential buyer. My mother rushed to ick it up incase it could have been the last one while we walked through the isles looking for someone who might direct us to the isle were we could get the item to obviously see other options. While walking looking for a floor walker or any Checkers employee, we got to the last isle by the bakery where we could see someone wearing Checkers uniform who can maybe assist. We approached a lady by the name Noxolo who was so so rude and was not interested in helping. My mom greeted her as it was morning and respect, which she did not acknowledge, fine, we asked her if she can help us locate the isle for the item in question which we were holding the one picked up by the tills. she didn't even bother looking at the item but immediately told my mom she does not deal with toys and cant help and that she works with "online" whatever that meant. My mom asked her if she can please help us get someone who might know which isle we can get the item. She rep**** by rolling her eyes and that no she doesn't know and we should go look for someone as she does not work with such items. With shock, my mm then asked her if we can get a manager who might help us then, Noxolo again said we must walk around and keep asking. well I asked my mom to let her be and we kept asking until lovely ladies came and showed us were to get the item and to our suprise, there we only two left in the store with the type we were looking for meaning we almost almost lost out on getting them item if 2 customers had gotten to the correct isle before us while Noxolo kept delaying u and displayed a very disturbing attitude. Cherkers I hope you have policies in place for such rudeness and lack of commitment for such stuff members. For someone who shops at Eastgate esp Checkers, this was my first experience and would like Cherckers to kindly share their observation after this feedback
