Bad customer service

I got a deal on my checkers app hunter's dry 440ml 2 for R150 when you swipe your extra savings card and when I went into the store they didn't want to sell for me on the price on the app, I waited for over an hour, and still left with nothing, it's useless I won't be going to buy anything from that store again.
