Bad customer service

I bought raspberries on Tuesday the 31st December 2019, on Wednesday morning when I wanted to use them then raspberries were spoiled so I took them back to checkers to my surprise the lady who was helping showed no interest in why am I returning the berries or show some kind of empathy towards the situation at all, instead she was just looking at me as if i was bothering her with her nose up. I don't know if the lady understand the dynamics of food poisoning if we could've ate those spoiled raspberries. The lady's name is Thembi, she is a front desk co-ordinator. I'm not happy at all with the service rendered.
