Bad customer service

I called in today 21/05/2020 to Checkers Hyper Tokai branch in order to find out if they still have the DJI Gimbal Osmo 3 in stock still.

I spoke to someone by the Name of Natasha in the TechX department and ask her if they have the above mentioned device in stock, without checking she confirmed that it’s out of stock and that they are waiting on stock. I agreed and thanked her, however before she ended the call I overheard her speaking to another employee stating “ i don’t even know what he was talking about, and then laughed out loud”.

I find this very unprofessional and it’s an ********* way to treat customers. Your employees won’t even go as far as checking if the item is in stock and then still laugh out loud while the customer is still on the call after stating they don’t know what the customer is talking about to one of their colleagues.

This is completely rude and unacceptable.

Really bad customer service.
