BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The last review I wrote about Checkers was of the excellent service I got between your Langverwacht and Willowbridge branches

This time it changed. On 17 April I popped in at your Protea Heights branch and this it is what happens

I wanted to buy a doughnut, but I stood for more than 10 minutes at the counter without help

Staff was just looking at me, carrying on with their work. without assisting At one stage one was saying there is customer, but nobody was interested in helping

Fed up of waiting I went to the manager (Wade, I saw on his name badge) complaining

His response he did speak to them earlier (which means it is a recurring problem),he apologized and said he will go the immediately

Do not know what is immediate to him, when I got to the back again, he was still not there, and again I haf to wait a couple of minutes

Frustration mote, I want to fruit and veg departments, there same, I had to wait for assistance to weigh my goods.

The lady was busy packing the shelves and just look at me

Later on another customer had to call her for help

Seems like overall there is a lack of service in that store, that needs to be addressed
