Bad customer service

I went to make an exchange of an Appliance Blender @ Checkers Greenstone the consultant including the manager gave me bad attitude they asked the reason go my exchange i explained and they did not agree with me it was like i am stupid never felt so bad ,i asked for refund and went to buy my blender @Clicks where they always deliver good customer experience ...Checkers should start training their staff customer service
