Bad customer service

I was assisted by dimakotso at checkers chartwell till for less then 10 items she doesn’t have customer service please train her even her colleague told her she’s not happy about her service because I had to pack my groceries in the plastics myself and dimakotso the client can complain because she’s not hired for that so m complain because she said I must complain and that’s not her job
