Bad Customer Service

Hi My name is Godfrey. I went to Cherckers Three Rivers in the morning to withdraw SASSA grant when I arrived at Counter I found these two ladies. I asked to withdraw the money and this lady called Mpho was so rude and mean and told me that its still early in the morning for me to withdraw money and the store does not have money. I asked for the manager and I was assisted. She was rude and the supervisor was in front of her.
