Bad customer service

I am a very dissatisfied, disappointed, angry and hurt customer of Checkers Westgate Mall. I went to the Mall yesterday to purchase a ******* bin and found that the one on the shelf is damaged. I checked the one in the box to find that it was also damaged. I then had to walk around the store to find an assistant to check if I can't get the bin from the storage. I found an assistant without a name tag and requested him to call the manager, he brought different people whom are not the store managers and I then decided to find the managers office and found a guy by who introduced himself as Charles but had a name tag written Mxolisi, who happened to give me attitude instead of helping. I then advised him that I was recording our conversation because he was telling me that his staff will be witnesses that he didn't I'll treat me. And the end of this all he told me he doesn't want to sell me the bin. As a regular customer of the Westgate Mall Checkers hyper, I am very disappointed and angry that I received such bad customer service in such a way that he refused to sell me the bin and I left the store without the bin.<br>
