Bad customer service

I bought Russell Hobbs iron at checkers fourways mall on black friday and it's not working, then we went to tzaneen lifestyle checkers and the assistant manager Thabo Maepa didn't even bother to listen to us and Pauline shebelani excelled with bad customers their so rude their product never worked at all it's not like I did something to it so that they could give us that bad attitude
