Bad Customer Service

A colleague of mine Shaun and I were purchasing refreshments at Checkers Hyper in Sandton City. As we were busy paying for these drinks he asked them e cashier by the name Emelda where can he get a draw her response was \I DON'T KNOW"with a VERY bad attitude. So as I'm waiting there listening to her response I ask her is that how she asks to customers then in her defense she says that we can go to customer service while we are at it!! My collegue then actually went to customer service to report her and we were told that she will be addressed regarding that incident. What peeves me is her attitude towards customers and how she represented Checkers hyper as a Brand. Please deal with Emelda and I demand a report regarding this Matter. Thank you"""
