Bad customer service

Please someone make me understand how checkers is offering a service that they cannot actually offer. I had to wait for 30minutes for R2400 to be told that the store doesn't have money. I actually wasted my time because I waited for nothing, the sad part is I can only withdraw this money from checkers. This is absurd. Checkers Cresta mall, this how you treat your customers???
