BAD Customer Service

I was at the Checkers in the Centurion Lifestyle Centre at 17:08 on 21/08/2015 at the Kiosk. I greeted the Cashier but I was ignored and not a single word was spoken to me for the entire tranaction. Not even a friendly face. I honestly felt GUILTY for paying at her tillpoint because I created extra work for her! <br> What happened to the friendly welcome faces of your staff that made you feel welcome in the store?
