Bad customer service

I experience bad customer service in a bakery section. The assistant gave me an attitude I asked for service while she is standing on the other side she asked what do I want while she is standing there. I told her that what I want is where I am. She went to serve other customers. I then called the supervisor I pointed the lady she then left her station. Supervisor reported the matter to her manager, the manager went to call her in the change room. She told the manager that she is off duty she is not coming. The other manager tried to call her and she did not answer her phone Apparently she is doing this because it her last day she is going on maternity leave. As a customer I feel angry being disrespected by their staff.
