Bad customer service

I went to withdraw money from my FNB account and I was told to go stand in the queue of SASSA because that is where they do withdrawals after standing in one queue Dipuo said she does not have money then the controller Messiah sent me to stand in the SASSA queue again. I am very disappointed by the services i got from checkers centurion mall
