Bad customer service

I had a very bad experience at three rivers checkers, on the 26 I sent my colleague to order me a cake, right after speaking to the bakery staff explaining how to order. Surprisingly they didn't give him the slip as proof of purchase but told him that he can come collect it and they will know about it, I explained everything on the note and even the collection date which was on the 28th. I then send him back on the 28 to collect, thats when the bakery said they forgot to bake the cake, I then called the shop and asked for the manager. The manager Morena then apologised and even assured me I will get my cake on the 29, the was a mixed up. The person who took my order didn't follow up on it.

Wow and then I sent someone to fetch my cake yesterday, he just took it and send it home. Surprisingly it's a wrong cake, I paid for the 180 yellow and white cake but got the 85 purple n white cake
