Bad Customer service

I went into Checkers Eastagate were u saw a electric frying pan 5L Ottimo for R229, when u was at tge store to pay and on the shelve the specific pan was on a different special of R379, i enquuted this with a cashier which u was refered to manager Alfred Muhokoni who wntion ge will check the store room for the correct pan and left us unattended for 1h30min and which before he left he said they can override which when he came back after so long he said we cannot get the pan and they cannot do anything about that the printing company made that mistake which ge said rge store has the right to make that mistake how hillerious is that to be said by the manager to a customer thus special was a heyday special for this week , the store must be addressed properly with these things , i as a customer am not at fault this is their own problem which they must deal with i want the specific ottimo electric frying pan 5L reflecting on the special for R229
