Bad customer service

Yesterday I was at checkers in sanlam center/Parow center to withdraw money that was sent to me. As I was standing in the queue I saw how assistant was serving people Infront of me. When she got to me she assisted me with my request but she added other items without asking and then when I told her that I was going to pay them separately she asked me if was she supposed to smell if I am going to pay them separately.
