Bad customer service

On the 31 of December went to Empangeni checkers to buy small grocery about 6 items ....it was around about 9:39 ....cashier did not call me...while waiting in the que however there was no que at all....but she saw me standing but not calling me....the other cashier told her to call me....she did not great....she never smile....it was like ddnt like what she was doing like she was forced to work....aftr that did not pack my grocery...had an attitude....told need to pack for my self....and it was not even busy at all...asked for manager.....listen to this one....manager was right in front of me....didn't say anything just looked at me....and ignore me..... was so irritated....angry....they dnt know what is service
