Bad Customer Service

This evening at about 6:30 visited the Shop Chekers Hyper N1 Cty to buy electricity while ibwasx at counter opposite the Doughnuts counter we saw that they were marked down I went there asked they said it's R250 each took 6 which is supposed to be R15 when I went to pay by the counter to the lady by name Celeste who was giving good service she said it's buy one get one free and that we gona pay R7.50 for each tray went back to take another one and she caled the manager to overide an African short Manager who came with an attitude that she won't overide it and she called another Manager Enid Jacob who came and charged me R16.50 nd gve me R3.50 nd said she will charge me R16.50 each tray asked her y?she said that's the price tried to explain to her that no we were told R7.50 per tray and even Celeste explained to her that sie Manager said we must get it 4 R7.50 bt she said it's not gona happen. ..all in all I had the bad services it took me til after 7 pm nd in ended up teling them that they must cancell the whole thing cos i alwys buy there bt that was a waste of my time and some poor service
