Bad customer service

<p>I went to buy some hot food at canal walk,Cape Town,the were 3 ladies who were not keen to assist anyway,eventually one of them decided to come.</p> <p>i did order and while the lady was busy preparing my food,one of the ladies by the name of Neliswa was busy talking about Margot,I asked her why is she busy talking about that while I'm ordering my food.she rep**** as qouted "I'm not talking to you so please not listen our conversation " and I asked her not to keep to stop it cause she makes me naar.</p> <p>she said I can speak to the manager if I want to and they were all laughing like I'm a joke,I called the manager by the name of Nico Coetzee to intervene but with no luck that Neliswa lady was so disrespectful towards him still.</p> <p>The whole area is **** as the no customer service at that store at all </p> <p> </p> <p>I will advise people to go to pick n pay by Game store instead cause the customer service at that store is not available at all.that staff is so rude and uneducated.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
