Bad customer service

<p>On Saturday the 04th of Feb 2017,we went to Checkers Hyper Arcon Park around 13h45 ,to purchase a pencil bag.at the shelf the pencil bag price displayed at R13.99 each.but when we get to the tills the price changed to R44.99.The cashier by the name of Desiree Caleb asked her assistant to go and check the price it it was correct.the assistant(Rose Mnguni)she did went and came back and said the was no price.the good thing is we took the picture before we went to the pay point.so we showed them,and the cashier was so rude and with an attitude telling us that we mustnt tell her what to do,we must just SHUT UP.I asked how on earth can she talk to us,us customers like that.her assistant tried to calm hee down and call the manager by the name of Wilson to assist.what bothers me is im the regular customer,it makes me angry now when i think of going and do my shopping there.</p>
