Bad customer service

The attitude and communication s****s of senior staff members of Checkers Paarl North really needs to be addressed. Today the manager and supervisor refused to give a product at the advertised price, because the product was according to them bought a day before the specials started. Not even the adverti*****t page could convince them and a message was sent with a staff member of the deli. It is now the third time in a month that prices are not as advertised.

The bar codes with prices are often not where the products are or are not there at all and prices have to be asked.

It cost nothing to acknowledge a mistake and set it right.
