Bad customer service

<p><br />Dear</p> <p><br />I just left Shoprite Malelane as a very disappointed and angry customer... I went there to exchange an Ottimo iron that is faulty which I only bought on the 6-6-2016, when I got there today (22-6-2016), a guy by the name of Edmud Mababala or something like that with a proud name tag which says SALES MANAGER didn't want to change it for me because he says the iron is working, I explaned to him that it does come on but I cannot iron with it because it's not hot. He insisted that the iron was hot and he will put it on then I have to place my HAND on it so we can see if it's hot or not and will not do the exchange.</p> <p><br />After speaking to the sales manager and realizing that he was not hearing me, I went to the branch manager who was seating in his office having a chat with a trainee manager.... Just as I was greeting him, he left me bemused when he dismissed me same time by saying he is in a meeting. That's when I took my faulty iron and left the shop. Two minutes later while I was outside in my car typing this message, the branch manager came out and went straight to Hungry Lion to buy his lunch....</p> <p><br />*still in shock*</p>
