Bad Customer Service...

I went to Checkers in 14th Avenue Shopping Centre to purchase some Yhogurt and Banana when I got to the till to pay my bill the cashier who was assisting me was very friendly.. Okay fast forward my card declined and I had to transfer only to find out I did not have network courage then I asked the cashier to remove the bananas and she called for void the lady by the name Ida came and asked me which one am I taking I said the Yhogurt then she subtracted the Yhogurt instead then the cashier called her again and she then said it's seems as if I'm going to annoy her and I heard her very loud and clear I then went to her to tell her if she does not want to help me then she should just say so... She later came back to were I work to tell my staff I gave her attitude where else she is the one who started all this she told them she is going to wait for me outside.. I don't know if she expected me to be happy with the service she gave me just because I work at retail... I felt bad with the service I got from Checkers were I purchase my daily lunch from
