Bad customer service

I was at Checkers Supermarket in Raslouw, Centurion today 1 March 2020 at 14:00, queuing at the very end till. There was a number of Checkers staff members queuing at the till, I asked one of the staff members who was also in the queue if this is a staff till or not, she indicated not, however the cashier is waiting on someone to come and pay for goods.

At the arrival of the person(who is also a staff member) the cashier was waiting for, paid for his goods. Thereafter, the next staff member paid as well, the one before me was about to pay, but did not have enough money, they started playing/fooling around, then she asked the cashier to check if her SASSA card has money or not, the cashier does not check but continues playing around with the colleague and the whole time there are customers behind me as well waiting to be assisted, cashier is not bothered about our presence. After a couple of minutes I asked the cashier, when is she planning on finishing assisting the colleague and assist us. She indicated that her till is meant for staff members only not for customers.

I then decided to go queue at the express tills, I asked the lady cashier who was assisting if there till at the very end is it meant for Checkers staff only, she said no, all tills are for both customers and staff.
