I went Checkershyper Westgate mall to withdraw my Nsfas book allowance, I asked mbali mchunu for R4000 withdrawal the attitude I got from that lady stinks, I asked her to ask other cashiers if they have that amount then she went for about 15minutes until I followed her to the till she claimed she was asking for the R4000 I requested I found her socializing ,she gave me that look that she doesn't even care.her customer service skills sucks
