Bad Customer Experience at Checkers Wingtip Crossing

Very bad service and empty promises by management at Checkers Wingtip Crossing:

For starters let me give the three reference numbers I've received not even a week ago for my complaints: 158 ********** 75 158586

Checkers can go back on their records and see that this problem was not resolved at all.

Today on 1 March at 19:00 I've visited Checkers Wingtip crossing.

This was the first after my complaint the past weekend, where after I've received a phone call from Checkers head office as well as from Roger the manager at the branch promising that they will change the bad management of the store immediately.

Well today there was still no changes: - Staff were standing around in the isles on their cellphones not assisting customers at all. - Almost NO cold drinks on the shelves or in the freezers.

Am I really missing the point it is a hot summers day in Pretoria over 35 degrees and Checkers do not see the opportunity for business to keep their freezers full of stock...............

Really Roger you are not keeping up to your promises, how sad is that............
