Bad customer experience at Checkers hyper Eastgate

The old lady who works by the Money market at Checkers Eastgate is so rude, i think she needs to be taught how to serve customers, i felt like a small baby yesterday when she insulted because she didn't understand what i wanted then she left the till without saying anything laughing at me as well please that lady must change her attitude
