Bad customer experience

What a bad customer experience I have recently received from Shoprite Modjadji on Friday evening 2020-02-21 from a beautiful lady by the name of Lindiwe Moswedi (cashier). She even refused to help me further after I told her that I'm going to report her, she again said 'go and report me and see if I care', then clicks her tougue. I doubt this is how Shoprite trained their staff...
