Bad customer experience

Checkers Liquors in Pinetown (St Johns) doesn't allow customers to use trolleys inside.

The security guy insists I should ask the 2 guy who works on the floor to carry stuff for us. The same guy I couldn't find when I was looking for prices as they were not displayed in the cold room. This is NOT what I experience in Checkers Hillcrest. I find it nonsensical and tedious.

I will not be shopping there anytime soon.
