Bad communication, service and process

Bought a Samsung phn in April took it back for repairs in July, the communication within department is absolutely poor, waited for quote got quote for repairs in Sept after numeral times of up and. Down, ws phoned and told phn is back in store ready for collection and payment of r1200 got in store and the manager did nt know the process of the payment, then was told after being in store for an hour the phn was never fix!!! I must pay and take the phn in to mtn for speedy repair!!! I bought ph. From checkers and how can they sell products if they dnt even know how processes wrk or send their people in for workshops on how to communicate!!! This happens. At checkers in parow centre and it's October and I'm still waiting, the buyer by the name of Damian is very unhelpful and not even to talk about the managers of that department!!!!
