Bad client experience

I have a problem with the 60second, everytime we in checkers, the staff collecting the goods for 60 seconds, they have no client care what so ever, we get almost bummed out of the way so they can get to the goods. Squeeze infront of you giving us client a bad shopping experience. If you ask them really im bisy here they just give you the look and ignore you.
