BAD BAD SERVICE

I ordered via the app on Sunday 22 May 2022, my order was placed at 15:55, delivery scheduled at 18:00, at 18:40 my order was still not packed, I submitted an issue on the app multiple times, ticket number ***,***,***,***, got an automated response, no feedback, I phoned the call center only to be told, they have technical issues and that my order will not be sent, no apology, no notification, she tells me it is what it is, I ask to speak to the manager, she tells me the manager is busy on a call, I leave a message for the manager to call me back, no response from Checkers whatsoever, just left hanging without my order. No response on my multiple tickets either. Dead silence but when they running a promotion they can send 200 emails, they can not respond to a query or notify their customers when they have an issue. Checkers will not see me again.
