Bad bad service

Bought crocories on Sunday morning. Stood at the till for almost an hour. After paying we asked about our seeds that you get for spending money at Checkers. We were informed that they were out of stock. We were advised to come back today Monday to collect the seeds. We went there on Monday only to be told the seeds are not available because of a strike. Why promote something if stock is an issue. This is not the 1st time.
