BAD ATTITUDE, UNPROFESSIONALISM & BAD MANNERED MANAGER

I was at Checkers Wilrogate today for last-minute shopping. I experienced the most appalling and the most unprofessionalism from management, A last by the name Coleen( as it says on the name tag) she is terribly rude to the staff, she cannot address them professionally, she was shouting as she usually does to other staff members as this is not my first experience at this terrible attitude. I have no idea why such a big retailer would hire such a person, she cannot lead, she is a "Boss"....What a bad terrible day for the staff!!
