Bad attitude on damaged goods

On 16/12/2017 at 19:19 i bought a tray of chicken of R55 at checkers springs mall and the sticker is written FEST FSH PREMBRAAI. Today on 17/12/2017 i want to cook it and it is rotten and green. I called checkers springs mall and asked to speak to the butchery manager. He asked me what chicken is that and i told him that it is a tray and i gave him the code written on the tray. He said i dont know the type of chicken i bought so he cant help me. He said if i want help i must bring the chicken to the store i told him that i cant because i stay far from springs mall and i can only go there on tuesday. He said theres nothing he can do in that case. I asked his name he said he is a butchery manager Sam.
