Bad attitude from pancake lady

Checkers brackenhurst I received the worst service ever.we are loyal customers spending daily thousands of rands .we entered the store placed an order for pancakes as we usually do as per thier process, did my shopping and paid for the pancakes ,walked to the pancake counter and the lady rudely tells me they are closed.meanwhile she is making pancakes for people who ordered after us.the only reason I ordered pancakes is my 3 year old wanted .I reported it to the manager and the lady now throws the pancakes as she's making it like *** ...I paid for it ....I ended up telling my wife leave it and walked out...**** attitude .we will never go back to that checkers again
