Bad attitude from management

I went to Checkers Hyper in Menlyn at around 17:15 on 17/07/2025. Which is where I normally buy my groceries on a daily basis. They have a promotion on Pepsi 2l cold drinks, which shows on the poster posted on the shelf assorted drinks (also took a picture of the poster). When I got to the till no. 18, I was helped by a lovely cashier I think her name is Keletso as well as till packer Thembi. The till showed a different pricing, which I then queried with the cashier as I had a picture on my phone and the packer assisted to go and check with me and brought the stickers that were by the shelf where the cold drink is at. Then a manager was called (Nelson) who checked and was also puzzled on why the price is incorrect. Then appeared a very rude lady who apparently is a manager her name is Edwin Mabena, she came and rudely said the price is incorrect, while the packer was trying to explain to her about the price tags, she told her to shut up cause she doesn't know what she's talking about. I asked her how do I then take the query up as the customer cause I want to pay the price that I see and I always shop at checkers and never had a problem like this. The lady was so rude, she said I should then call a hotline. I told her that as I am also a manager I know that is not the Chanel to follow to log a query. So I asked her to write down her name and surname so I can report her attitude. She refused as she said she did not have a pen to write but the other manager had the pen with him so he can write it down and she walked away. This is very disappointing for such a big store like this to be treated like that, her leadership skills are very poor, she does not know how to talk to customers as well as her staff.
