BAD ATTITUDE CUSTOMER CARE AND *********** STAFF

Checkers Hibiscus Mall in Margate should be avoid at all cost. The packing assistants come to work for the chit chat and fun of the day. THEY DON'T FOCUS ON THEIR JOB!! I was at this store today AND there is a lot of issues we have to deal with. Meat is never cold, milk you buy get sour within 48 hours BUT WE DONT COMPLAIN IT IS LS and they don't have generators. BUT SOMETHING CAN BE DONE!! ABOUT THEIR packing assistants!!. She did not pack 1 bag of groceries in my trolley. I noticed only getting to my house unpacking. I had to pack everything back as proof again and drive back-PENSIONERS PETROL IS FREE YOU KNOW$#% I had to call 3 TIMES -THREE TIMES before I could speak to A MANAGER and with all due respect had to experience the customer is NOT!! their 1st priority. I drove back ALL THE WAY asked the person who called me to bring it to the parking Lot as the already room temperature meat had to get into a freezer. He kept on saying he cannot hear me and when I speaked up he said don't scream at me. I asked the car guard did I scream he said NO Mam. I waited 15 minutes in the 38 degrees heat and sun in the car WITH THE MEAT......I left and send a message from the cell no they called me to deliver it at my house with my full address. THE MESSAGE REPORT READ DELIVERED!! They checked the cameras. THEY ADMITTED THE PACKER'S NEGLIGANCE OF NOT PUTTING MY BAG IN MY TROLLEY AND THAT THEN THEY REFUSED TO DELIVER MY GROCERIES AT MY HOUSE. PEOPLE PLEASE DRIVE TO SHELLY MALL THAT EXTRA PENNIES FOR PERTOL is worthwhile. D O N'T shop at Checkers Hibiscus Mall Margate
