Bad attitude and no form of customer service

Went to checkers to withdraw money , I waited in the queue like everybody else until I got to the cashier...I wanted to withdraw R800 and she (the cashier) told me that she doesn't have enough money for me to withdraw, so I asked her what do we do in this situation. The cashier told me to go and queue again at another till were people usually withdraw money..I told her that she cant expect me to queue again to withdraw while the store doesn't have a sign that says that money can be withdrawn from a specific till ONLY...I asked to see a supervisor her name is Bonisiwe Mdakane (not sure if that's her correct surname cause she hid her name badge). She told me the same thing that I was told by the cashier that I must withdraw from a specific till and I told her the same thing that they cant expect me to go at the back of the line at that specified till while I was the 1st person the cashier was attending to at that time cause really that's a waste of my time as I was on my lunch break and the supervisor wasn't even bothered by anything she was rude and busy doing her own thing while I was talking to her and that was unacceptable according to customer service rights...
