Bad attitude and incomplete staff

I'm disgusted by a guy called William mashakane who is incomplete and rude and stupid,I went to checkers liquor in bryanston to do a purchase with my RCS card around 4:30 pm and this idiot took my card and I'd and called and he came back telling me RCS is closed for business and that he can't confirm for me and refused to allow me to buy he gave me attitude and was rude when I told him I once bought in the store around 7 in the evening and they were able to reach RCS,now minutes later o went to the checkers main store and the lady there called as usual and was able to get hold of RCS, now my question is Which RCS did William call? I mean checkers what kind of people do u employ with this attitude as well? I called RCS myself and the operating hours are from 8 to 10 pm, William must be dealt with asap and I want feedback on this.
