Bad attitude and damage to property

The attitude of the staff is disgusting. Firstly, during this pandemic we're supposed to be practicing stricter hygeine. I got a trolley, which I cleaned and got my groceries. When I got to the till, the packer did not put my groceries back in my clean trolley, she started packing them into a trolley that someone else had used and left there. How is this right? When I ask to keep using my trolley, I get a really bad attitude. I got a microwave as well which was just dropped into the trolley because she didn't get to put it where she wanted to put it. Groceries get thrown from the scanner to the packer like it's nothing, simply because it does not belong to them, so why should they care. This happens every time. There is a bad attitude almost every time I visit the branch. When I confronted the packer she just rolled her eyes and looked away from me. She could not even be bothered to pack the first few items out of the other trolley and back into mine until I walked away. To top it off, the 3L bottle of jik (which was fine when I picked it up and had it in the trolley) leaked out in the packet and all over my car's mat. It was not even packed into one of those clear packets that are used for cleaning products first before being put in the packet. I will now be taking this service further as this has now damaged my personal belongings. No matter how many times I ask them to respect my groceries they don't care and now this has gone too far.
