Bad Attitude and Bullying

Good Evening, I am writing this tweet as a concerned customer. I went to your store in Kolonnade today not knowing it was the opening of the revamped store. I do my monthly groceries at this store but today I left bring disappointed. My partner has the Xtra Savings card but today I didn't go with him. While I was in the store I asked a customer services consultant about the Xtra Savings card, she told me they will issue it to me at the till. I was directed to pay at Till 13, where I was assisted by a friendly lady Letta & I asked for the card she told me she will help me with it. The system was very slow but I didn't mind. The was a white lady (no name tag) who was assisting with controlling the queues , she came & asked Letta if the was a problem. Letta explained that she was helping me with activating the card and the system was slow, the lady left without saying a word. At no point did this lady greet me. After a few minutes the same lady went and said something to Sylvia, who then also came & asked Letta why I was waiting there ( she didn't greet me as well & she had a bad attitude). She then left to till 15 , then she screamed and said the money market was offline therefore my card won't be activated. I started getting annoyed at the management attitude & also worried about Letta. Guys the level of bullying in your store is worrying!!! Earlier on I witnessed Sylvia screaming at 2 till Packers for standing with a customer who was asking them questions!!! I understand it was very busy & all but your managers were aware that it was a grand opening therefore they should have practiced patience. I left that store being so disappointed with the bad service and attitude I experienced and witnessed from your management team. As for Letta I wish her nothing but the best in life, her patience and professionalism is commendable. Your managers can learn that from her. Treat your employees better don't bully them especially in front of customers.
