Bad attitude

<p>I'm from Checkers Northgate mall, I was paying for a purchase of R58 with my standard bank and I was told that my card declined due to insufficient funds, I was shocked and checked my balance, there was more than enough money in my account, I asked them to try different machine still it declined. I was so disappointed with the attitude that I got from trainee manager by the name of Prunella Vena, she said to me she cannot put money in my bank account, when the machine gives an error message 51 there's no money and that has nothing to do with her, I showed her my balance she was not even concern whether its a network problem or what, I went to the bank to withdraw cash and I got the money. If checkers as big as it is its gonna train people like Prunella Vena as managers who do not even know what customer service is, then its definitely going to lose customers. I am so disappointed, that woman must undergo serious workshop on how to deal with clients, she is disgusting in customer service, we are not expecting some comments from so called trainee managers, continue employing her as your manager you'll be left with 2 clients mark my words.</p>
